AI operations for political campaigns

The operation should never be the reason a good campaign loses.

We run the AI side of campaigns, PACs, and advocacy groups: fundraising follow-up, email programs, donor intelligence, content, and call reception. Built custom to your race, not a box. You approve everything, and we keep it on whatever the AI can do this month.

The Back Office of the Future

A throwback video series we run on social, styled like 1986 and made entirely by AI. Every one was written, voiced, scored, and edited by us, for lunch money. The punchline is the proof: you didn't watch an ad for what we do. You watched what we do.

Where it starts

What we run

Every campaign needs these, so call them table stakes; they're the tip of it. The real work starts in a conversation, where we figure out how the operation fits your routine so cleanly it disappears into how you already run, and your time goes where only you can spend it. We build all of it, custom to you, and run it with you on retainer.

How it works
01

Fundraising follow-up

Every call gets a same-day follow-up. The next ask is researched before you make it. Nobody falls through the cracks because someone ran out of hours.

02

Email & donor programs

Your candidate’s voice, your approval rhythm. The email program does not go dark in October because the one person who ran it got busy.

See the workflow
03

Donor intelligence

Who they are, what they care about, what they last gave: ready before the ask, not dug up after it. The business cards actually make it into the system.

04

Content & video

Scripts, social, long-form, and video produced in the candidate’s voice. Built to teach, not to shout. You sign off before anything ships.

05

Call reception & scheduling

Inbound handled, meetings booked, recaps written before anyone drives home. The coordination that quietly eats a staffer’s whole week.

Government affairs support

For PACs, advocacy groups, and public-affairs shops: tracking, drafting, and follow-through, run by someone who has sat on the other side of the table.

Campaigns

People running for office

From first-time candidates to incumbents. You make the calls that matter; the operation handles the follow-up, the email, and the donor work behind them.

Organizations moving an issue

Member programs, rapid response, donor cultivation, and content at a cadence a small team cannot keep up by hand. We keep the engine running.

What the operation handles

A working campaign gets more done. That is the whole point.

See it on your race
Same-day donor follow-upEvery conversation gets a reply the same day, drafted in your voice, sent on your approval.
The next ask, pre-researchedGiving history, interests, and context ready before the call, not reconstructed after it.
Email programs that don’t go darkThe October drop-off happens when one person runs out of time. The operation does not run out of time.
Business cards into the systemThe 23 cards from the fundraiser become 23 records, not a graveyard in a jacket pocket.
Event recaps before you’re homeWho showed, who to thank, what to do next, written while the room is still warm.
Inbound receptionCalls answered, routed, and logged so a missed phone is not a missed donor.
Content in the candidate’s voiceSocial, long-form, and video that sound like the person, not a brand account.
Approval on everything outboundNothing reaches a donor or a voter without a human yes. That is a design rule, not a disclaimer.
Not software you license. An operation you hire.
Custom to your race. All of it, run for you on retainer. We absorb the AI changes so you don't have to track them.

Questions

Straight answers

What is AutomatedTeams?

An AI operations consultancy for political campaigns, PACs, and advocacy organizations. We run the operational load: fundraising follow-up, email, donor intelligence, content, and reception.

Are you a software product?

No. You hire an operation, not a license. AI changes every few weeks; a product bought in January is a generation behind by June. We keep your operation on what AI can do now.

Do you replace my staff?

No. We take the operational load off your team so they can do the work only people can do: voters, major donors, strategy.

Who approves what goes out?

You do. Nothing reaches a donor or a voter without a human yes. That guardrail exists because we have seen what happens when a campaign sends something that wasn't ready.

What does it cost?

Retainer, custom to the engagement. Every race is different, so the scope is too. We scope it with you before anyone signs anything.

What's actually working in campaign AI.

Notes from inside the build. No hype, no pitch. The occasional thing your opponent hasn't figured out yet.
